I made my second cheesecake today! yeah it was for my brother cos today is his 20th birthday. without mich's help, everything was tougher. because my house dun have those cake mixer, everything was done manually. woww, while i was whisking the egg white, i felt as if my arm could break anytime. but just now i tasted abit, and i think today's cheese is better. its so damn cheeeesy!! haha.. the last time one not cheesy enough so i dun like. cant wait to eat it, but he's still having fun somewhere out there.. ya lah, birthday can play later..
By the way tmr eden is treating us to dinner at Phins. according to him, the food there is nice, i cant wait to have a sumptuous dinner!!
