Last monday we went cycling, today we played badminton. It seems like we're getting healthier huh? I didnt know sports could be that fun. But then again, I think I need some time to adjust. Last week my arm muscles hurt, today my thigh muscles hurts even more. Tomorrow when I wake up, I'm expecting other parts of my body to ache as well. Thats the consequence of not exercising regularly. :(
Ok, I promise I'll try my best to exercise regularly. I'm really sick of having aches here and there. Meanwhile, I'm looking forward to camping with you guys. I bet its gonna be fun!
