Besides having to make coffee yesterday, I accidentally knock my HR manager's trophy off the racks and a part of it fell off. My colleagues got me to buy superglue to stick it back, and thankfully the crack wasnt very obvious. She said it was ok but I was still feeling quite bad about it. Who knows... This afternoon a familiar loud noise came from the office again. After a while everyone burst into laughter, because my Accting manager broke yet another trophy from the same rack. The HR manager ONLY had that 2 trophies on the rack, and we took turns to knock them off. I broke a small part of it, but the Accting manager broke the other trophy into 2!

I'm so relieved. :)

Its quite an eventful day that I should sacrifice abit of my sleep to tell the story.

For the past 4weeks, I've been doing alot of brainless things at work..

1) Filing and more filing.
2) Calling all the banks to waive the Credit Card late charges for my lady boss. (My Boss and lady boss has 10over credit cards.)
3)Sort out all their credit card bills and issue cheques to the banks.
4) Read ClassifiedAds everyday to help our neighbour find a place to rent.
5) Help my lady boss burn VCDs and DVDs.
6) Given a list of 40+ people with chinese names, call them to ask for their english name.
7) ... the list goes on.

BUT none of them is as bad as my task today.

'Elaine, elaine!! 你去泡两杯咖啡上来!'

Yes, she made me make coffee.

I dun even have to make coffee myself at home, and I have to make coffee for her. Its really not about me being an undergrad or not. Its not that I'm an undergrad that I cannot do such things, but.. I've been doing just too many things that are not within my scope. Its so different from the tasks that they say on the first day of work. And I've been enduring. I'm an intern, so I should bear with everything and just do watever task thats been assigned to me. But making coffee is really my limit. And she didnt say it in a nice manner. It wasnt a 'Can u please..'. It was 'You go do...'

I'm treated like a part-timer. I feel I'm worse than one.
