Realised most people are neglecting their blogs now.. And usually they are people who have twitter accounts.. Hm, I'm one of them! And I'm slowly neglecting my twitter account too!
There's nothing exciting to blog about anyway, besides being busy at work. Busy but happy :)

Its just the first day of my mission and I faced so many challenges.
Was at golden shoe buying packed lunch.. usually when I'm there I'll eat nasi lemak with chicken wings, fish fillet and ikan bilis. I was already in the queue, I looked at the chicken wing and asked 'should I?' In the end I went to buy 菜饭.
After lunch, my boss treated us to donuts from donut factory. I was offered at least 3-4 times the whole afternoon, I didnt had any.
For dinner I had something full of vegetables..
And I painstakingly gave this a miss. oh man..
But well, its just the first day. If I cant even restrain from the temptations today, then I'm really hopeless. Lets see how long this will last..

I think I'm lacking too much self-discipline that if I dun do something about it, I'm going to lose control of my own life.. This may sound exaggerating but its true. I have so many plans in mind but I've achieved none. After some time, it gets quite frustrating.
And wats the meaning of life if we dun have goals to work towards? The first thing I'm gonna do is to control my diet. Dun worry, I'm not trying to slim down, but more of eating healthy.
No fried food, no oily food, no snacks, no soft drinks, less bubble tea, less rice. With more fruits and plain water.
Plus at least once a week of exercise.. can I make it?
