I think I'm lacking too much self-discipline that if I dun do something about it, I'm going to lose control of my own life.. This may sound exaggerating but its true. I have so many plans in mind but I've achieved none. After some time, it gets quite frustrating.

And wats the meaning of life if we dun have goals to work towards? The first thing I'm gonna do is to control my diet. Dun worry, I'm not trying to slim down, but more of eating healthy.

No fried food, no oily food, no snacks, no soft drinks, less bubble tea, less rice. With more fruits and plain water.
Plus at least once a week of exercise.. can I make it?
