My eyes are so swollen now because I watched the last 3 episodes of 'One Litre of Tears' before I slept. The show is really so touching that I've been crying so much in this few days. Thank goodness there is only 11 episodes, my eyes cant take it anymore. Anyway, its really a good show cos it teaches us to cherish our life. Be happy and grateful that u are able to walk, write and speak. In the show, the girl cant even make a call to talk to her family when she's all alone in the hospital.
2006 is coming to an end very soon.
There are some things left undone in 2006 and I'm hoping I can accomplish them in 2007.
1. Starting from 2007, I have to be independent.
2. Lead a healthy lifestyle by sleeping early, waking up early and exercising adequately.
3. Manage my time well so that I'll have more time for studies and also have sufficient time for family and friends.
4. Get my driving license.
5. Save more money.
6. Make more new friends!
May everyone have a good year ahead!

Coincidentally, exactly 2 months after 13.10.06, I'm starting to take up driving lessons again. Many things have changed in this 2 months. The greatest change is that my instructor changed a new car. I'm now able to drive a much cleaner and neater car, one with an odourless steering wheel and a 'perfectly straight' handbrake. However, now I have to adapt to the stiff and un-seasoned gear, clutch, brake and accelerator. I have to look at different 'objects' in the new car for signal to turn while parking the car. The red arrows which used to be signals are all gone.
Things around us just have to change. If u are the sort who doesnt like to adapt to changes, u will be at the losing end. The older I get, the more I realise how important it is to be able to adapt to the changes in life as quickly as possible. While u are busy complaining about life, many others are already changing themselves to adapt to the situation. So, instead of asking so many 'whys', we should just move on with life. Whatever will be, will be.

Yesterday I had my class chalet at Costa Sands, and guess what? I finally know how to cycle! Didnt know where I got the courage from, but my friends just told me to keep paddling, and so I kept paddling, and somehow I managed to balance. But it was still very unstable, and basically I could only travel in a straight line, so whenever there are bends or humps I gotta stop to push my bike. I only cycled for 1 hour, and now I'm having aches everywhere. BUT, I'm still eager to improve my cycling skills, so anyone going to the beach, ask me along!
